About the Restaurant
Designed by Vritima Wadhwa of Project810, Kaméi's 2,800 square-foot space embodies Japanese minimalism with earthy materials and striking silhouettes. The interior features a terracotta-red ceiling, textured concrete walls, woven rattan elements, and brushed brass accents, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The layout offers various seating options, including booths, sofas, and bar seating, with sleek rattan partitions and plush drapes providing privacy while maintaining an open feel.

Solid Bench embraced Kaméi’s refined Japanese aesthetic by designing furniture that harmonizes with its earthy tones, rattan accents, and brass details. The tables feature a striking play of contrast, with darker wood on the outside and light natural tones inside, creating a subtle yet dynamic interplay of color. A large live-edge community table becomes the focal point, paired with sleek silhouettes and plush upholstery that balance comfort, functionality, and spatial flow — all contributing to Kaméi’s warm, elegant, and immersive dining experience.
